Payment, Refund, and
Cancellation Policy: All
payments for dive packages are non-refundable upon guest pick up or
guest arrival at the resort. The package costs and arrangements
cannot be diverted to any change in activities, other arrangements,
materials, or transfer to a different person. Any form of down
payment, or advanced payment with or without a receipt is
non-refundable and will be forfeited on no-show or cancellation of
reservations less than one week (7 Days) of your schedule. Unpaid
packages and scuba dive courses that have been started already must
be paid in full upon guest checkout. The full amount of the package
(online payment) will be refunded if the resort selected is full or
no vacancy on the date you choose to reserve. If we caused the
problem or due to any circumstances, we will refund the package or
prepayments in full for an activity that was not done inside the
package. In case of any flight cancellation upon arrival or any
emergency, we will refund 50% of your deposit. In case of calamity
happen to the ongoing package we will refund the unused package 50%.
In case of a pandemic that has been officially declared by the WHO -
World Health Organization, all deposits, and prepayments are
forfeited on lockdown. |
